Sheerwater is led by Nayeem An-noor, an infrastructure engineer with more than five years across Linux, HPC, cloud and public-sector systems. Architecture, security decisions and every client conversation stay with him.
Extra build capacity comes from a small network of contract engineers, including engineers in Bangladesh. Every change is reviewed in the UK before it reaches you.
Early client pricing. While the studio builds its first references, early clients get a reduced fixed price in return for a short written reference.
