Privacy notice

Who we are

Sheerwater Studios, Woking, Surrey, United Kingdom, is the controller of the information described here. You can contact us through the address on the contact page.

What we collect

Only what you type into the project enquiry and application forms: your name, email address, the details you choose to add, and for applications your location, experience and links to your work.

Why we use it, and for how long

We use enquiry details to reply to you and prepare a quote. We use application details to consider you for contract work. Our basis for this is your consent, given when you tick the box on the form.

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months unless they become a client relationship. We keep applications for up to 24 months so that we can contact you about future projects. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Who sees it

The details come straight to us, and possibly through a form-handling service we use to deliver messages. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies and does not run analytics. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when a page loads.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you can withdraw consent at any time. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
