About the role

Help us tell the story of our work and our products. You will plan, shoot, edit and publish content for LinkedIn and other channels, turning technical projects into short, clear and engaging pieces that people want to watch and share.

What you would work on

  • Edit short videos, demos and clips for LinkedIn, YouTube and other social channels
  • Plan and schedule a regular calendar of posts, and write clear, friendly captions
  • Turn technical project updates and screen recordings into simple, engaging stories
  • Add subtitles, graphics and our brand look to every piece
  • Track what performs well and suggest what to make next
  • Help produce launch announcements and recruitment posts

Requirements

  • Minimum: a completed bachelor's degree (or final-year student finishing within six months) in media, marketing, communications, design, computer science or a related field, or an equivalent portfolio
  • Good fluency in written and spoken English, as most captions and scripts are in English
  • A portfolio or sample reel of at least two videos or social campaigns; student and personal work counts
  • Skill with a video editor such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut or CapCut
  • Good eye for pacing, sound, text and simple motion graphics
  • Comfortable with Canva or Figma for thumbnails and post graphics
  • Willing to explore new, fun challenges and try new formats and trends
  • Reliable with deadlines and happy to take feedback

Nice to have

  • Experience growing a social media account or running a page
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics and scheduling tools
  • Interest in technology, cloud or AI, and the ability to explain it simply
  • Basic photography, audio or motion-graphics skills (After Effects or similar)

How we assess

A paid task: edit a 30 to 60 second video from supplied footage, with subtitles and a caption. Every trial task is paid.
